The effect of emission from an aluminum producing plant on accumulation of risk elements in the reproductive organs of sheep was evaluated under experimental conditions. The industrial emission was applied p.o. at a dose of 1.5 g (300 mg F; 60 mg Al; 0.116 mg As; 0.071 mg Cd; 2.097 mg Pb) pro toto daily for 365 days. Increased accumulation of the elements investigated in reproductive organs of sheep from experimental group was found in comparism with the control. Fluorine reached the highest level in testicles and the uterus (8.35 and 8.06, resp.), aluminum in the uterus (19.69), arsenic in ovaries and testicles (0.676 and 0.618, resp.), cadmium in ovaries (1.018) and lead reached approximately the same level in the uterus (0.810), ovaries (0.809) and testicles (0.756). The increase in the concentration of F was statistically significant in the uterus and ovaries (P0.05); Al in the uterus (P0.05); As in ovaries (P0.05); Cd in the uterus (P0.05); Pb in ovaries (P0.01) and the uterus (P0.05)
