Cytogenetic studies of fifteen wild orchid species in Phu-Phan National Park, Sakonnakorn and Kalasin Provinces have been investigated. Study areas are place behind Phu-Phan National Park office, Kang Mod Daeng, Chum Hom Water fall and Phu Mae Ngue. The chromosome number of twelve species is 2n=38 and the other three species; Dendrobium pulchellum Roxb. ex Lindl., D. secundum and Cymbidium aloidfolium (L.) Sw. have the same chromosome number 2n=40.
