The invention deals with food industry and can be used to produce oat and oat and wheat biscuits enriched with flavor and biologically active additives. The biscuits contain oat and wheat flour, butter, cinnamon, vanilline, salt, baking soda and water. The invention additionally contains wheat germ flakes (0.12-0.18 kg per kg of finished biscuits). Thus the biscuits suggested are distinguished by the increased biological and nutritive value and acquire the features of a competitive product in the market
