The lean content in the carcass had improved by 1.2 percent in Yorkshire and 0.7 percent in Yorkshire x Thuoc Nhieu as the were fed with restricted regime. The restriction diet is more profitable than that of ad.libitum for both breeds (by 54088vnd/head in Yorkshire and 42853 Vnd/head in Yorkshire x Thuoc nhieu pigs).
