In this paper authors stressed the need for providing continual supply of a "good seed" which is genetically well suited to a location where it is going to be planted out as well as the purpose for which it is planned. They also consider that proper handling with seed presents important supplement to generically improved seed. Organizing seed and nursery stock exchange, it could be possible to be provided continual normal traffic of forest seed on domestic as well as on international market, respecting all legal regulations on forest reproductive material.
