As a result of our experiments, we have succeeded in developing FE-MINI, a low protein, low phenylalanine and gluten free dietetic food family, which currently includes 23 sorts of dietetic meals. We can offer the following dietetic food products now: Bread powder, vanilla and honey flavoured cake powders; vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, mango and chocolate flavoured pudding powders, egg substitute powder, dumpling powder, pastas (thin and thick macaroni; small and large pasta squares; spaghetti; small round; extra narrow, narrow and wide vermicelli; yellow rice), bread crumbs, semolina, artificial rice.
