[Utilization of low input technology for soybean on flooded land zero tillage]

The research to study the application of low input technology was carried out on September 1998 to December 1998 in the experimental field of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. This research was aimed to find out the specific technology especially tillage system and dose of Polaris herbicide on improved variety to increase soybean production. The experimental design used was factorial Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. The first factor was soybean varieties, consisted of Slamet, Sindoro and Wilis. The second factor was tillage system, included intensive tillage and zero tillage. The third factor was dose of Polaris herbicide consisted of 6, 8, and 10 l/Ha. The result of experiment showed that the zero tillage and the dose of Polaris 6 l/Ha on the Slamet variety of soybean gave the highest seed weight per plant. indonésien. Upaya peningkatan produksi kedelai melalui intensifikasi dihadapkan pada terbatasnya modal dan sempitnya lahan. Penelitian yang mengkaji penerapan teknologi input rendah pada lahan sawah telah dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian UNSOED, Purwokerto mulai September 1998 sampai Desember 1998. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai kesesuaian antara sistem pengolahan dosis penyemprotan herbisida Polaris dengan varietas kedelai unggul dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman kedelai. Percobaan ini mempergunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor varietas meliputi tiga taraf yaitu varietas Slamet, Sindoro, dan Wilis. Sedangkan faktor dosis herbisida Polaris terdiri atas 6 l/Ha, dan 10 l/Ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas kedelai Slamet memberikan bobot biji per tanaman paling tinggi dengan penerapan sistem tanpa olah tanah (TOT) dan penyemprotan Polaris 6 l/Ha.
