Two rates of crushed neem berries mixed with ground rice hull: 16 kg neem + 16 kg rice hull/ha, and 32 kg neem + 32 kg rice hull/ha against corn borer were evaluated, with carbofuren 3 G as comparison in Tarlac and Victoria, both in Tarlac Province, to assess the feasibility of using crushed neem berries mixed with rice hull for controlling corn borer. Data gathered on the number of corn plants infested by corn borer from whorl up to tasseling stages, tunnel counts at harvest, larvae and pupal counts at harvest, and yield were not significantly different among the different treatments. This could be attributed to the very low population of corn borer during the conduct of the study
