The research study on economics analysis of chillies production in Kunri area, District Umerkot can well be conducted for the findings during 1999-2000, were the most efficient to cultivate the chillies at remunerative level. Average area cultivated per form was 6.5 acres equal to 2.63 hectares. Average fixed cost per farm was Rs. 12687.13 per acre was 1951.86 and 4821.11. Average labour cost per farm was Rs. 69032.81, per acre were 10620.43 and per hectare were 26232.46. Average capital inputs per farm was Rs. 33950.71, per acre was 5223.18 and 12901.27. Average marketing cost per farm was Rs. 7350.59, per acre were 1130.86, per hectare was 2793.22. Average total cost of production per farm was Rs. 123021.26 per acre was 18926.34 and 46748.07. Average physical productivity per farm was 140.17 40 kgs, per acre was 21.56 40 kgs and per hectare was 53.26 40 kgs. Average revenue productivity per farm was Rs. 178572.09, per acre were 27472.63 and per hectare were 67857.39. Average net income per farm was Rs. 55550.83 per acre was 8546.29 and 21109.31. Input-Output ratio 1:1.42. Cost benefit ratio 1:0.42. It was conducted that Kurni area of Umerkot district possess potential to boost up chillies production and its average per unit yield is significant. To increase per unit (acre/hectare) yield and consequently the income of the farm. Quick and cheap transport facilities are provided to the farmers at. farm gate. Technical guidance to be extended to farmers by agriculture extension department, Agricultural Research Sindh and Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam. Chemical (Fertilizers) of good quality and high yielding variety of seed be supplied to the farmers on cheaper rates. Credit facilities be extended and the procedures be simplified by the institutional and non-institutional lending agencies. Farm technology be provided to the growers in the producing areas. Refreshing training be arranged by Agricultural Research Sindh and Sindh Agriculture university, Tandojam for chillies growers in Sindh.
