Influence of white clover and nitrogen fertilization on its mixtures with perennial reygrass yields and content of nitrogen in sward

The aim of the study was estimation of influence of white clover and nitrogen fertilization level on its mixtures with perennial ryegrass yields and content of nitrogen in sward. The relation between perennial ryegrass and white clover in the first mixture was 7:3 and in the second 4:6. These mixtures were compared to one-species sowings of the two species tested. Nitrogen fertilization was differentiated: 0, 120, 240, 360 and 480 kg N per ha. The higher were nitrogen rates, the lower was percentage of white clover
