Attemp of electrofusion obtainment of the filamentous fungi with improved biotechnological properties, i.e. the Aspergillus niger strains with increased ability to biosynthesis of cellulolytic enzymes and production of complete complex of cellulolytic enzymes was the aim of carried out work.
