Influence of fertilization technique on triticale yield and grain quality

The increase of nitrogen fertilization level was connected with an increase of prolamines and proteids with decreased albumines and globulines content in triticale grain ptotein. Foliar nutrition technique increased albumines and globulines content, and the foliar nutrition with multicomponent fertilizers - both reserve protein fractions content. Isoleucine was the amino acid which limited the biological value of the protein of spring triticale Gabo. The foliar application of multicomponent fertilizers increased biological value of egzogenic amino acids in comparison with monocomponent fertilizers
