Ectomycorrhizal fungus Laccaria laccata did not affect the length of shoots, roots and dry weight of pine seedlings; however it diminished a negative influence of Rhizoctonia solani on the shoot length of the seedlings Azospirillum brasilense and bacteria isolated from sporocarps of L. laccata stimulated the dry weight of seedlings. In sterile growth substrate the biomass of pine seedlings was greater than in a nonsterile one. However the seedlings showed a longer shoots when grown in a nonsterile than sterile medium
