Market analysis of the selected food products in Slovakia

The market research of the food products mentions the differences in the width of assortment and quantity of sold products as well as in the share of domestic products and sale network in the Slovak Republic. These differences include kinds of products and size of business according to regions. Width assortment is found by the yoghurts, vegetable fats and canned vegetables. On the other hand the fresh vegetables is indicated by narrow assortment. The big share of domestic products is characterized for milk, beef and cabbage. From the viewpoint of following products the lowest share was marked at the yoghurts, vegetable fats and cucumbers. Significant transfers of products among regions are realized mainly at the milk, milk products as well as at the meat products including poultry. The fresh vegetables is transferred among regions on a small scale
