[Economy-type mechanism of forming and effective functioning of Ukraine's dairy industry]

The study concerns Ukraine's dairy industry, enterprises of the industry, a system of economic relations in a producer-processing enterprise-consumer chain. The study is aimed at the development of theoretical bases of the effect of economical mechanism of functioning of the dairy industry, substantiating the levers of influence on the effectiveness of functioning thereof. The issues are solved that have insufficient theoretical elaboration, a method is developed of defining the notion "an offer" in the milk products market as "a derivative of a demand". Practical recommendations are given on improving the effect of the economic mechanism and control over it. The scientific innovation of the study lies in the fact that the further development of theoretical and methodological and practical developments of an economical mechanism of functioning Ukraine's dairy industry and bases allowing to form an effective proposal in the dairy products market is carried out. Results of the introduction are used by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Market Development Department of the Economy Ministry
