Subject matter of this article includes the analysis of the importance of machinery in agricultural development. In depth analysis indeed centers upon exploning the degree of contribution that agricultural machinery to agricultural output and partial productivity of agriculture i.e. labour and land productivity. Econometric analysis included in this article is based upon EU, CEECs and Serbia and Montenegro data.
