The effect of cluster thining on the grape quality and biological characteristics of the Cifrandli grape vine

We have to underline that time and extent of cluster thinning as well as location of the clusters on the shoots have impact on most of the parameters analysed. On vines grown under lower cluster loading conditions, which had been thinned earlier, we found bigger berries and more grape production per vine.
