During present era there is need to implement the provisions of internationally accepted legal instruments of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, World Trade Organization, Convention on Biological Diversity, and Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights keeping in view the interests of our farmers. As there are no internationally accepted ways to reward Farmers' Rights and several intricate issues to be made out for the consideration in Indian context. In the context of agriculture improvement both ethical and social concerns can lead to identification of recommendations of policy initiatives. Generation of wealth and employment in agriculture sector requires development, refinement and transfer of crop production technologies in food/fodder/fibre crops etc.
