Invention of Milking Device and Milking Method in Rabbit

We have designed a device and method for milking a rabbit without pain, which can be adjusted to fit the nipple of a rabbit, and milk a large volume of milk during a short period. To milk a rabbit (New Zealand White), the mother was separated from her litters immediately after delivery and oxytocin (6 IU/§¸,) was injected to stimulate the milk letdown. The milk was suctioned into a bottle by 400 mmHG of continuous vacuum pressure for thirty minutes.
