Influence of glucosal to haematological, blood sera, milk and urea biochemical parameters in cows with milk fever

Solutions of GLUCOSAL were used for treatment of ill cows. The blood from cows was collected before the infusion of each preparation and 0,5; 1; 3; 12 hours after infusion. The biochemical indices of blood serum were tested by semiautomatic biochemical analyser Clin check Plus using diagnostic reagents of HOSPITEX firm. The blood serum of cows was tested for the content of calcium, inorganic phosphorus, and magnesium. Blood forming units were tested by AUTOCOUNTER AC-9000 system before injection and 12 hours after injection. Content of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium in milk and urine were tested by complexometrical method. Milk component parts were tested by LACTOSCOPE and SOMATOSCOPE devices.
