The work presents the results of Polish studies of Patagonotothen ramsayi that were conducted during this period on the Patagonian Shelf and its slopes. The types of water masses in this area differ. The lengths of 5,348 specimens from 22 hauls were measured and 1,374 specimens were subjected to ichtyological analyses. The total length (longitudo totalis) of the fish was measured, and their ages were determined from otoliths. The results of the study of biological features were classified according to the scheme
