In the last twenty years the scale of privatization of infrastructure utilities, treated so far as public goods, is increasing. Privatization has assumed various forms, but the most popular are BOT or BOO transactions. According to increase of privatization scale the types of privatized infrastructure also change, as for example ports and railways, The geographical scale also diversifies. The size of infrastructure privatization depends on development rate of each country
