A pot experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in the years 1996-99. Carot cv. Flacoro was cultivated on two types of soil. Three multicomponent fertilizers were used, i.e. Polifoska 15, Cropcare 10 and Ogrod 2001. Rates of nitrogen used per pot containing 9 kg of soil were 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 g N. After harvest, microelements content, total forms of copper, zinc, manganase and iron in roots and tops of carrot were determined. The content of copper was the highest in roots, whereas of manganese, zinc and iron in a carrot leaves. The content of the determined microelements mostly, did not depend on the kind of the applied multicomponent fertilizers
