In presented paper amounts of metals in ionic forms and bound to humic substances in ground and surface waters were determined. It was found that in ground waters concentrations of total and ionic metals were higher in comparison to surface waters. The differentiation of metal forms depended not only on type of waters, humic substances content as well as on ponds surrounding. Belt of meadow, 5-9 m width, decreased concentration of metals ionic form, 50 percent fall in case of zinc and 60 percent decrease of cadmium was observed
