Yields of simple and complex lucerne-grass mixtures

The aim of the study was to test a simple and complex lucerne-grass mixture, taking into consideration canopy architecture, parts of components, the yield and quality of dry matter as well as the persistence of canopy. The results showed that the yields of dry matter of lucerne-grass mixtures were similar, no matter what the components were. With regard to nitrogen and fibre content in the dry matter, the best results was lucerne/festulolium mixtures
