Sex reversal of guppy Poecilia reticulata was induced by different concentrations of the hormone fluoxymesterone mixed with artificial feed at 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg and control (without hormone). At each concentration, feeding regimes of 10, 20, and 30 days were conducted. Early hatched fishes were raised in 30 liter tanks and fed 3 times daily to satiation. After a period of 45 days, results indicated that percentage of similar male and coloured similar male were effected by concentration level and feeding regimes. Except the hormonal level 50 mg/kg and 10 days of feeding period and control groups. All other regimes can produced 98.43 to 100 percent similar male with nonsignificant difference among groups (P0.05), whereas these groups were significantly higher than the hormonal feed at 50 mg/kg and 10 days of feeding period (82.10+-6.93 percent) and control (16.73+-5.66 percent) (P0.05). However percentage of similar male in all group of fishes fed with hormonal feed were showed significantly higher than control (P0.05). For colour appearance in similar male, the hormonal levels 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg after 30 days of feeding period showed significantly higher than the others (P0.05). Whereas nonsignificant difference (P0.05) among the first three groups as followed 88.47+-2.83 percent, 88.70+-2.25 percent, 88.23+-10.91 percent, respectively. Survival rate of all treatments averaged 70.84 percent which were not significant difference (P0.05).
