[Ecoforestry analysis of the consequences of damaging the Vinnytsya oblast's forests with ice-crust and broken ice]

Considered are lines of research on the development of the main scientifically-methodical provisions as to the influence of catastrophic consequences of ice-crust and broken ice on forest biocenoses and determining a trend towards restoring the ecoprotection functions thereof as an important stabilizing factor on the example of the Vinnytsya oblast's forests. Based on the ecoforestry analysis, studied is the dynamics of the state of the forest plantations, damaged with ice-crust and broken ice, clarified is a model of the target of the forest fund according to ecoforestry functions in the system of territorial natural complexes and agroforest landscape to achieve the standard optimum percentage of the forest lands. The results to be obtained will have the significance for the development, substantiation and improvement of the methods, techniques and technologies for forest management and carrying out the nature protection activities, while liquidating the consequences of spontaneous phenomena according to the landscape and ecological principle, recreation and support of ecoprotective stabilizing functions of forest biocenoses, creation of the prerequisites of the unexhaustible use of region's forest resources and balanced development of agroecosystems
