[Land use and conservation problems in the conditions of market economy]

Theoretical bases and economical problems of the use and protection Ukraine's lands in conditions of market economy are outlined. Special features of land use organization determine the necessity of clear definition of the principles, according to which the land distribution and use is carried out, creating the conditions to develop the stable land use, especially landscape territories which require special observation. In this connection there is the necessity appears to improve land resources management, organizing the permanent land monitoring, accelerating the land cadastre compilation. While using the analysis of non-linear dependencies, a land use approximation model is built which can be used in land use management and solving the tasks defined by programming methods not clear enough. The attention is paid to practical significance of optimization tasks which are used in planning, analyzing the state of land use and forecast calculations
