Results of diagnosis of Gumboro disease of chicken by ELISA, IF and AGP methods

The experiment is carried on 3 checken ovens: ovens confrontation (+), confrontation (-), and chicken suspected to be infected with congestion disease (+) the results shows that: Conjugate control itself can used for diagnosis Gumboro diseae of chicken by IF method. Serum control it self can used for diagnosis Gumboro diseases of chicken by AGP method. IF method and ELISA method the sam was the best, AGP method gave unstable on diagnosis Gumboro diseases.
