[Perfection of adventitious shoot regeneration techniques from somatic tissues of plants of the genus Rubus]

Importance of elaboration of effective methods of plant regeneration from somatic tissues for development of small fruit biotechnology works was considered. The data on the in vitro morphogenesis induction of blackberry and blackberry-raspberry hybrids were presented. The influence of a primary explant choice, its orientation on a surface of agarized nutrition medium, mineral and hormonal medium composition, luminosity parameters on a frequency of adventious shoot regeneration of plants of the genus Rubus were studied. The influence of various substances of citokinin and auxin groups on morphogenetic processes was examined. The nutrition medium compositions and cultivation modes were suggested, allowing obtaining of the adventitious shoots regeneration from somatic tissues of blackberry and blackberry-raspberry hybrids with the frequency 23,3-31,7%
