From 12 studied izoenzyme systems three were selected - estheraza (Est.), peroxidaza (PX) and leucine-amino-peptidaza (LAP), allowing to receive the biochemical characteristic of 43 samples of genus Rubus from in vitro collection. Estherazas had the greatest variability of spectra, on the basis of cultivars, 30 blackberries cultivars and 3 species of Rubus genus. On the basis of three selected izoenzyme systems (Est, Px and LAP) the estimation of the connection between izoenzym polymorphism of samples of Rubus genus and their taxonomic relations within the genus was carried out. At cluster and discrimination analysis realization the distribution of samples in groups on a basis of izoenzymes polymorphism substantially corresponded with their taxonomic division whithin genus Rubus L. into two subgenera - Idaeobatus Focke and Eubatus Focke
