[Mineral elements in black currant and yoshta fruits]

Mineral substances in fruits of black currant and yoshta were studied. As a result of our researches it was established, that the ash content in berries of black currant cultivar "Minay Shmyriov" was 1,77 times more than in berries of the cultivar "Nadiezhda". Concerning macroelements, the iron contents of "Nadiezhda" berries was 2,9 times more than in the cultivar "Minay Shmyriov". Berries of both cultivars contained almost equal amount of calcium and magnesium. Yoshta fruits are worse regarding the ash content than fruits of the black currant cultivar "Minay Shmyriov", but exceeded fruits of the black currant cultivar "Nadiezhda"
