[Methodological basis and mechanism of leasing enterprise as the property complex]

Transition to the market relations in the agrarian sector of Belarus lead to the incorporation into the economic turnover the whole range of objects, where an enterprise as a property complex has a special place. At the moment the deals with enterprises (as property complexes) become increasingly wide spread, which was predictable due to the trend towards stabilization in the AIC. The market of immovable objects is being established and it seems that as soon as the stable environment of owner appears and economy stabilizes providing the conditions for investments, the number of the deals on leasing enterprises is likely to grow. Having formed the legal foundation for regulating the lease of the enterprises the Committee of the State Control of Belarus has left unsolved a number of acute points which are considered. That is criteria for determining the enterprise to be leased as the property complex, evaluation of the assets, determining the lease payments
