Flocculant application in sugar production and its application in wastewater treatment

In this paper, short view of wastewater from sugar technologic process, is presented. We have especially turned to using flocculants in production of sugar juice, syrup and liquor. The application of flocculants in those areas significantly decreases organic pollution of wastewater and also increase sugar recovery increasing, in the same time, the economic effects of production.
