This study shall comparatively present the method of environmental impact assessment preparation as applied in the past in our country, and the one applied in the world nowadays, with proposal of the proper method to be used in the country, and with particular attention paid to hydropower resources assigned for utilization by foreign investitors. The point and feasibility level of required environmental protection measures must be of influence and crucial importance in selection of the technical solution concept.
