On the basis of the results of the examination, it can be concluded that the described methods for detection and identification of fusional antigens of ND virus can be used in virological diagnostics. Results showed that the samples of glycoprotein antigens of purified ND virions and their isolated glycoprotein subunits with low total protein concentrations of 0.23 and 0.16 mg/ml activated with 0.025 g/dl trypsin-versen in PBS, expressed significant hemolytic and hemagglutinating activities, in vitro.
