In this work the influence of ten strains of Azotobacter chroococcum and three dozes of NPK fertilizer (15:15:15) on the microbiological activity of rhizospheric soil of potato, varieties Lizeta and Latona was examined. The influence of bacterization on the microbiological activity in rhizospheric soil depended on the potato variety, strains of azotobacter and time of sampling. In both sorts a great number of ammonifiers and high dehydrogenase, protease and urease activity occurred. The higher increase of microbiological activity in rhizosperic soil with both potato varieties there was obtained with Azotobacter chroococcum strain 76 and 316. In all variants of the, the highest microbiological activity occurred at the end of the vegetation period. The use of fertilizer decreased the microbiological activity in the rhizospheric soil.
