In the paper there are presented the results on changes of agroecological parameters and micro and macro elements content in the soil of Cemovsko Polje, Montenegro, created after the twenty years application of mineral fertilizers in the plantation seedlings of vine. The correlation between acceptable types of examined nutrients and chemical features of land have also been shown.
