Recent years, expectation informational systematize is growing strong concerning vegetables and fruits marketing systems. In the background, there is progress of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) changing in a retail side. But this changes a market area of a wholesalers a wide region and separates circulation of trade and material circulation. Moreover, it is anticipated as the result to deepen contradiction with public both which a public wholesale market provides. In addition, the wholesale market which can not correspond to information and a producer and a retail trader may be eliminated from circulation. Especially, since regional distribution is lacking in a standard and supply stability, they do not become fitting to a necessary transaction of a contract in construction informational systematize in general. Therefore, we cannot but not remain on the step which saves labor of a load holder of a wholesalers and settlement business under the present condition. Though informational systematize of vegetables and fruits marketing systems is inevitable, it is asked for application of a system corresponding to individuality of a wholesale market then.
