In vitro Propagation using Shoot Tip Culture of Curcuma longa L.

The present study was carried out to assess the possibility of rapid multiplication of Curcuma longa Linne through in vitro culture of shoot-apex. The factor investigated was effect of various growth regulators on shoot-apex culture.
