[Scientific motivation of production of quality animal products and its realization possibilities]

Location in production "chain" as well as risk factors affecting every link must be ascertained in order to obtain high quality animal products. The investigations data in the chain "from stable to table" about feed composition, quality indices, feeding out influence on milk quality and composition are given in the paper. Feed is characterized by microbiological indices and by content of total and essential amino acids. Indices of fatty acids, amino acids, cholesterol for obtained animal products (milk, meat and eggs) are shown. Breed animals significance for high quality products producing is displayed.
