Enzyme preparations have been successfully applied in a number of medical fields. The preparations Phlogenzym and Wobenzym are widely used in the systemic enzymotherapy. The mixture of constituent components in Wobenzym as well as separate components bromelaine, papaine, tripsine, chimotripsine and pancreatine sofetn the swelling caused by inflammation or trauma. proteolytic enzymes can dissolve pus, thick exudates, figrin, necrotic tissues and uncontrolled propagating cells of tumours. The analogous preparation NEKRO VEYXY® has been successfully applied in veterinary medicine. The purpose of the research carried out was to compare practically the effectivity of NEKRO VEYXY® and Wobenzym in the treatment of endometritis in cows and to compare this preparation and widely used in this case preparation without antibiotics Lactosol therapeutic effect.
