The paper presents problems, conditions, factors and present state of euroregions in Poland, particularly on western boderland. Social and economics factors are emphasized in the article, as a main factors influencing transborder cooperation. Possibilities of euroregion development after EU integration and other aspects of borders have been shown in the paper.
