The goal of these investigations was estimation of credit system connected with the private farming in activity region of the Cooperative Bank in Zarow. The period of these studies was 1990-99. In detailed investigations, in elaboration of results used the chronological, detailed analysis of documents and the method of vertical economic analysis. This analysis coruprised amounts and structure of different types of loans in period of 10 years. The subject of study was analysis and estimation sums of loans which were paid for family, farms in real and face value and sums of loans fall to 1 farm, per 1 ha of arable land and per 1 credit contract
