Nowadays local food products, especially the household ones, are still facing problems of lacking good quality control. Such small-scale industries still have poor facilities including unsuitable buildings and layout as well as improper equipment. The Production, therefore, does not follow guidelines in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) which are used as a benchmark to control the quality of local products in order to raise the standard of local food production. It should also be noted here that GMP is now a law which has already been enforced.
