Growth rate of Chaetoceros sp. cultured in salinity 20, 25, 30 ppt (a) with in 6 hours were not different by statistics. (b) with in 24-48 hours, were different by statistics. Chaetoceros sp. cultured in salinity 25 ppt the number of cell was highest. (c) with in 54-96 hours the number of Chaetoceros sp. Cultured in salinity 30 ppt was highest. The number of cell of Chaetoceros sp. cultured in salinity 20, 25, 30 ppt were highest at 48 hours.
