Purpose of this research is to study the way how to mix of cotton waste fibers with pure cotton fibers to produce cotton thread number 10**(S) which has quality in the standard level of the study and the experiment using the fraction mixing of the cotton fibers rejected from the process of spinning the thread of weight 200 pound and pure cotton of grade SLM which had quality at the standard level of weight 200 pound in 9 fraction number between of cotton waste fibers which was rejected from the spinning the cotton fibers and pure cotton fibers, fraction as follow, 10:90, 20:80, 30:70, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20 and 90:10. Bring these mixing fraction to produce cotton thread number 10**(S) from the 9 tube of thread and test for the standard quality of the tensile strength, irregularity, and the number of turn per inch, and then give the thread from the test tube to the textile engineering expert to take assessment the quality of the number and size of nep, characteristics of yarn hairiness and the quality to produce textile products, to bring the thread from the test tube which passed the expert assessment producing cotton thread number 10**(S). The result of the research found that the thread produced in the fraction of 10:90, 20:80, 30:70, 40:60 and 50:50 have quality in the standard level of tensile strength, irregularity, and the number of turn per inch including the assessment of 3 experts making the thread number 10**(S) of 5 fraction has appropriateness in bring the raw material producing the textile product.
