[Assessment of probability of unfavourable water phenomena and humidity in the growing period according to the atmospheric factors in the conditions of Belarus]

The procedure of the empirical estimation of profitability of unfavourable water phenomena on the basis of long-term of decade meteorological data is stated. The following quantitative indices of the unfavourable atmospheric phenomena generalized according to the natural-climatic zones of Belarus are presented: general and continuous duration of decade periods with small and big precipitations quantity; general and continuous duration of decade periods with small and big indices of air humidity deficiency; index of hydrothermal coefficient by T. Selyaninov; index of coefficient of climatic humidity. The outcomes of calculations of a hydrothermic coefficient and coefficient of climatic humidity of the growing period for years of different provision are indicated. Variability of seasonal hydrothermal coefficient is valuated by the variability coefficient Cv=0,25-0,36 for the separate weather stations and in some periods it can be much higher and varies within the borders: May _ 0,44-0,82; June _ 0,40-0,57; July _ 0,51-0,69; August _ 0,50-0,72. Coefficient of climatic humidity does not exceed 1 over the whole territory of Belarus
