Cells of blood system in vitro capable to repair potentially lethal photosensitizative endogenous damaging porphines with the participation of enzyme systems using the glutathion as a restoration equivalent were shown. The protective action of tiol under photodynamical influence depended on cells type (thymocytes, marrow cells) and was the most effective in lighting conditions. Regulation of the restored glutathione content in cells and activity of glutathione-depended enzymes could be one of the perspective approaches to development of methods of enhancement of efficiency of photodynamic therapy by application of endogenous porphyrins
