[The main problems of raw materials quality for the modern milk processing industry]

The successful competition of agricultural production on the internal and external markets is impossible without substantial improvement of quality of agricultural products. The main condition of milk production profitability is the production of milk of the highest quality. The greatest reserves permitting to decrease the production costs and improve the quality of dairy products lie in the technology of milking. The necessities of improvement of modern milking equipment and its sanitary conditions are proved. Analysis of produced milk quality in all regions of the Republic of Belarus is presented. Comparison of national milking technology and equipment with the leading modern ones in foreign countries is presented
